These beautys are only £29 and weigh in between 2-3kg in weight
Best way to cook these is
✅Preheat oven to 150 degrees
✅Cover the hammer with sea salt
✅Braise the hammer in red wine stock or stock of your choice in a pan with onion shallots and chopped carrots
✅Leave to cook low and slow (around 5-6 hours)
✅check occasionally nearer the end time to see that the meat is shredding off the bone, only when this happens is it ready to come out the oven
